Contact us Online
You can contact us about a medical, administrative or prescription issue by clicking: Contact us online
The short online form is the quickest and simplest way for the majority of patients to access our clinical team for assistance. Our practice phone lines remain open for anyone with accessibility needs who might find it difficult completing this form.
Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. They will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays.
Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.
Telephone Access/Improvement
We acknowledge that it is sometimes very difficult to get through to us via telephone and that this is frustating for patients especially between 8.30am and 10.30am as this is our busiest period.
We encourage patients to register for our online services where you can book appointments and order repeat prescriptions.
In October, we installed a new telephone system. It gives us more capacity and offers a " call back " option. This is more convenient for patients as, instead of having to wait in a queue, you can submit your telephone number and the practice will call you back. Most importantly, you retain your position in the queue if you are called back.
Please try not to telephone the surgery between 8.30am and 10.30am unless it is to book an appointment. For test results or general enquiries please attempt to contact us after 10.30am which may alleviate some of the waiting times.
Please order your prescriptions online, email to syicb-doncaster.hatfield-practice@nhs.net or leave in the locked post box at the front of the building near the entrance.
Thank you for your support
